An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Network Support Technician to join our busy and well-respected IT department at TWGSB. Come and join an IT service dedicated to empowering people through technology!

The role involves supporting the use of IT within the school environment through maintenance of software, hardware, and related equipment, as well as providing support to staff and pupils to ensure administrative and learning outcomes are maximized.

Specifically, the Senior Network Technician will support the Network Manager in managing the IT infrastructure and systems across both sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in IT and proven experience in an IT environment, working with relevant software and networks. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The main campus of TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, you may be required to work at other campuses connected to TWGSB.
