Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Site Acquisition, Planning & Community Affairs Senior Manager to lead a cross-functional team across property, planning, and local affairs in the deployment of network sites. You will shape strategies, engage with authorities and landlords, and drive front-end deployment programmes to deliver the Nation's Network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience in planning, property, infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, construction or related regulated environments.
• Strong governance and programme delivery understanding with complex stakeholder navigation.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and drive outcomes across multiple groups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of planning, acquisition and community affairs SMEs, fostering inclusion and high performance.
• Provide strategic leadership across property, planning, acquisition and local affairs to deliver deployment programmes.
• Define acquisition and planning strategies engaging with Local Planning Authorities, statutory bodies and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Legal, Public Affairs and Towers & Estates to manage risks and support site delivery.
• Represent VodafoneThree in industry forums and external stakeholder engagements where appropriate.
• Oversee delivery partners ensuring governance and consistent ways of working.
• Collaborate with Cornerstone, MBNL and partners to share best practices and improve delivery.
• Support regional teams in resolving complex issues and escalations.
