A leading global payment technology company in Dunstable is seeking a Senior Network Operations Analyst. This role involves providing technical support to ensure system stability and reliability, diagnosing issues, and performing maintenance tasks. Candidates should have proven experience in technical operations, strong UNIX scripting skills, and be able to manage teams during shifts. The position is office-based with a focus on 12-hour shifts including weekends.

Role: Senior Network Operations Analyst
This role provides technical support for Mastercard's operations environment, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyse system performance, and the capability to test and verify network infrastructure against specifications. The Technical Analyst should also be comfortable with escalation processes and able to step in for a Senior Analyst when required.
Proven experience in technical operations, infrastructure support, or a similar role. Strong background in at least three of the following OCC expertise areas, with proficiency across all five: UNIX, Mainframe, Production Control, Debit, Network. Subject matter expertise in at least one OCC domain, with a holistic understanding of how all OCC components integrate.
12-hour shifts, office based, including weekends.
