Responsibilities

Configure and deploy production network changes across edge routing, customer-facing infrastructure, and cloud network constructs.
Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams; manage on-call rotation.
Monitor global connectivity and incident response in real time to minimize MTTR.
Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve advanced network, cloud, and data issues.
Design, build, and maintain operational automations using Python and APIs; maintain Grafana dashboards.
Respond to packet analysis and market data integrity inquiries; perform packet captures to support root-cause analysis.
