Job Summary: Join Waystone's dynamic IT Platforms team as a Senior Infrastructure and Network Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our global IT infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure Engineering, you'll support exciting projects and provide top-tier 3rd-level support. Your expertise will drive our infrastructure and network engineering capabilities to the next level, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Level 3 helpdesk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• 3rd Level Oversight of Active Directory, including user and computer accounts, GPOs, trusts, and DNS.
• Maintain and manage cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects across compute, storage, network, and voice.
• Collaborate with external partners for office network and firewall management.
• Monitor systems and ensure alerts are addressed promptly.
• Manage licenses and software updates for various platforms.
• Handle escalations for SFTP, backup, and antivirus management.
• Oversee office location network and infrastructure.

Education:

• Degree-level education or significant experience in senior roles.
• Certifications: Cisco CCNA or CCNP, AWS and Azure Cloud certifications.
