Job Title: Senior Network Engineer (ISP)
Location: Droitwich
Salary: 60,000

We are a technology-focused organisation delivering advanced network solutions to clients across various sectors.

With a reputation for technical excellence and outstanding customer service, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting robust network infrastructures while acting as a senior technical resource within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security solutions.
  • Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert escalation support.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent level knowledge).
  • Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and QoS.
  • Experience with Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls, VPNs, and wireless (Catalyst or Meraki).
  • Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, NetFlow).
