From scoping and planning projects to mentoring junior staff and acting as a third-line escalation point, you’ll help shape the success of our security engineering services.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, builds lasting relationships, and never stops striving for excellence. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of secure networking and infrastructure solutions.
  • Deliver expert consultancy and deployment services, ensuring projects meet customer needs and profitability targets.
  • Serve as the technical lead for one or more product sets—owning design standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Act as a third-line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination with third parties.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients across a range of security technologies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain relevant technical certifications.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation and occasional out-of-hours work for project delivery and change control.

? What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of Cisco networking and security technologies.
  • Practical experience with Cisco Firepower, ISE, Fortinet and Meraki (Switching, Wireless, Security).
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (PCNSE certification preferred).
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation including HLDs and LLDs.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • UK driving licence and ability to travel to customer sites when required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

? What Success Looks Like

  • Projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Accurate activity tracking and reporting across internal platforms.
  • Ongoing certification maintenance to support organisational accreditations.
  • Contribution to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

? Why Join Us?

  • Work with cutting-edge security technologies and innovative clients.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture that values your expertise.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training, development, and certification.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • A role where your voice, ideas, and skills truly matter.
