The IT department is seeking a talented Senior Network Analyst who enjoys working in a hands-on role. An organisation-wide SDWAN rollout is just beginning, presenting a great opportunity to develop your skills through an innovative programme.
The department supports users across multiple locations, comprising a comprehensive IT infrastructure that delivers several line-of-business systems accessible to all staff. As the Senior Network Analyst, you will report directly to the Network Manager and work closely with the programme team, including internal staff and external service providers.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting the programme implementation, such as configuring switches (HP ProCurve), managing changes to internal DNS/DHCP, and maintaining CISCO wireless infrastructure.
You may also be required to provide technical and operational support and contribute to the development of other areas of the Local and Wide Area Networks, as well as Wi-Fi.
Practical knowledge of Cisco/Meraki switching/wireless SDWAN and Cisco ISE is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are also required.
