Job summary

Reed's School in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Netball Coach to join a thriving girls netball programme. You will plan and deliver engaging training, coach fixtures and mentor players across age groups, promoting high standards of sportsmanship and inclusion.

The role involves umpiring at 1st team level, working with the Head of Netball to support less experienced coaches, and acting as an inspiring role model for student-athletes. Two training nights weekly with fixtures midweek.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at school level and with young players.
• Ability to coach 1st or 2nd Team level and above.
• Commitment to high standards of sportsmanship and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, progressive netball training sessions.
• Coach school teams during fixtures and tournaments.
• Umpire fixtures at 1st team level.
• Support development of players across all age groups and abilities.
• Identify and reinvigorate players performing below their potential.
• Work with Head of Netball to enhance provision and develop less experienced coaches.
• Promote outstanding standards of sportsmanship and welfare for children and young people.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Director of Sport.
• Be an inspiring role model to Reed's netball players.
