Job summary

Searchability® invites a Senior .Net Developer to York, with a hybrid model requiring 2 onsite days weekly. You will help transition our Windows Forms-based client into a web-based platform and migrate features into a streamlined microservices framework.

Collaborating with product owners and our current application developer, you will write testable C#/.NET Core code, use SQL and Azure, and shape the architecture of the new system.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET Core tech stack.
• Aptitude for writing testable code with unit tests and adhering to a test-driven development approach.
• Experience in developing with SQL

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Windows Forms to a web-based platform using a microservices framework.
• Collaborate with product owners and the existing application developer to understand current code and frameworks.
• Enhance functionality and migrate features into the new architectural landscape.
