Job summary

Superdrug Head Office in East Croydon is looking for a mid-level .NET Developer to join our expanding development team. You'll work in an Agile (Kanban) environment, delivering customer-focused solutions across APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.

In a small, high-impact team, you’ll own features from design to deployment, collaborate with product managers, ensure performance and security, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years’ experience as a .NET Developer or similar.
• Strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, APIs, backend development).
• Experience across full-stack development (APIs, databases, and/or mobile/front-end).
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership across the full technology stack (APIs, databases, cloud).
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
