Does this relate to you?

• 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET Core technologies. We use .NET Core (.NET 8.0) in the project.
• Experience in Entity Framework.
• Experience working on AI projects. Experience in writing effective prompts for automated processes running through AI platform APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.).
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Proficiency in MS SQL database.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience in full SDLC and understanding of engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

About the project:

We are developing a platform for the valuation of commercial real estate. This web Application helps to manage appraisers' workflow and upload proven Real Estate data and Financials with a click of a button.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Developing the back-end for a web project.
