Universal Music Group is seeking a Senior Developer in Kings Cross, London to design and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core/AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS experience, and be adept with modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building solutions on AWS with serverless services.
• Experience with messaging and stream processing using Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain backend services using .NET Core on AWS.
• Develop serverless solutions and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver solutions.

Skills

Strong commercial experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)

Hands-on experience with Kafka

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Good understanding of DevOps concepts

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Exposure to Big Data tools/platforms

Agile environment experience

Strong problem-solving skills
