Job summary

Luxoft in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced software engineer to join a small, agile team delivering high-availability financial applications. You will design, develop, and maintain complex systems using C#/.NET and Angular, emphasizing correctness, performance, and scalable architecture.

The role requires at least 8 years in software engineering, deep C#/.NET expertise, and solid frontend experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, preferably within hedge funds or financial services.
Deep expertise in C#/.NET.
At least 4 years of frontend development experience with Angular/TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
Develop complex business logic and analytical calculations for capital usage and scenario modeling.
Build and maintain interactive data visualizations, reports, and charts.
Implement REST/HTTP-based services and messaging solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and performance.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
