Job Description:

Here's one for the experienced estate agent who's ready to step into a more senior role, take ownership of their patch, and help lead a high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established and nationally recognised agency in Buxton as a Senior Negotiator with Office Manager responsibilities.
You'll need at least five years' estate agency experience, with a solid track record in both property sales and business generation. You'll be confident negotiating, and progressing deals, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who thrives on taking responsibility and setting the standard for others in the branch.
This is a hands-on role - you'll be managing the day-to-day flow of activity in the office, supporting junior negotiators, and ensuring the customer experience is consistently first class. You'll be seen as the go-to person for both the team and clients, so professionalism, positivity, and great communication are key.
Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage, but we're open to experienced agents who are relocating and can get up to speed quickly. You must be target-driven, confident in managing your own pipeline, and motivated to drive branch performance.
The package includes a basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, with generous commission and performance-related bonuses on top. You'll also be joining a respected agency with an award-winning reputation and long-term career potential.
If you're ready to step up, make your mark, and be part of a team that values expertise, ambition, and results - let's talk.
