Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Senior Project/Cost Managers with NEC3 and NEC4 accreditation to deliver complex infrastructure projects. Hybrid working arrangements apply depending on client needs, with opportunities across water, aviation, roads, rail and telecoms.

Qualifications

• NEC3/NEC4 Accreditation required.
• Degree in management, construction, or infrastructure subject.
• Professional affiliation with APM, RICS, ICE, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects across multiple sectors from inception to delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and cost managers.
• Manage contracts, budgeting, forecasting and project controls for complex programmes.
• Communicate with senior client representatives and stakeholders to align objectives.
