Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization Policy and Process Analyst to support CNRMC C300 in the advanced planning and planning, execution, and close out oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities. The candidate will be in Norfolk Virginia working on Government Site supporting C300. General responsibilities and tasking include:

  • CNSL/CNSP Weekly Execution and Planning Briefing development and facilitation
  • Private Sector Surface Ship CNO Availability status tracking and management
  • CNO availability Modernization management (late add, milestones etc.)
  • APEX Dashboard Management
  • Stack Hands development and facilitation
  • Facilitating and supporting maintenance and modernization policy and process working groups, KSN’s, CoPs, strategic action groups
  • C300 Data call and brief development supporting front office flag level reporting
  • Readiness to start and 25% flag review development and facilitation
  • Additional tasking as required to support the customer

This opportunity is a salaried position. Intermittent Travel up to 10% - CONUS and OCONUS.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a relevant field with 6 years relevant experience, or Associates in a relevant field with 11 years relevant experience or High School Diploma with 14 years relevant experience.

  • At least 8 years’ experience on U.S. Navy ships and with Navy Maintenance and Modernization. RMC/NSA or Naval Shipyard experience is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have an active Secret level clearance
  • Have significant knowledge and experience with Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual and the end-to-end maintenance process.
  • Be familiar with Navy maintenance and modernization NAVSEA supporting commands.
  • Knowledge of the NMP-MOM and 9090.310 are a plus
  • Research and writing skills
  • Navy Maintenance and Modernization policy and process familiarization (NAVSEA, CNRMC, NSA)
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • 12+ years’ experience on U.S. Navy ships, and with Navy Maintenance and Modernization.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
