As a Senior National Account Manager, you'll lead 2 of the biggest grocery accounts, building strong relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category, and format teams, as well as managing reports within your team.

Your responsibilities include devising and delivering exceptional JBPs with key customers, maximizing sales during key trading periods, and managing P&L and forecasting to meet value, volume, and GP% targets.

You will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to align strategies and work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and drive business growth.

You must be an existing SNAM or NAM with experience working with the Top 4 Grocers in the Food & Drinks categories.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working on at least two of the Top Grocery retail accounts within FMCG Food & Drinks.
  • Experience building JBPs and managing budgets.
  • Strong background in FMCG Food or Drinks categories.
  • Some experience in line management and talent development is a plus but not essential.
  • A proven track record of driving sales and profitability with your accounts.
  • Results-oriented with tangible business results to showcase.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting at all levels.
  • Resilience and determination to overcome obstacles and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Leadership qualities to guide junior team members and bring positive energy.
  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
