Senior National Account Manager – Grocery

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and grow the relationship with Asda and Morrisons – we’re talking full P&L management, joint business planning, and commercial execution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration – think Category, Brand, Innovation, Supply, and Shopper Marketing.
  • Secure new opportunities – across ranging, distribution, and innovation launches.
  • Run tight, strategic, day-to-day account management – no babysitting here, this is your business to drive.

What you’ll need to bring

  • Strong experience in Grocery account management – ideally at Senior NAM level or close.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a retailer-first mindset – no one-trick ponies.
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment – SME background a bonus.
  • Great communication skills – you’ll be influencing internally and externally, and making things land.
