Description Summary
Develop and implement the Clearly Drinks Ltd branded strategy working alongside the leadership team. Lead the multiple channel strategy with direct line report. Strategically manage your customer base to ensure Clearly Drinks Ltd targets are achieved whilst enhancing gross and net margins.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility
- Deliver the sales process including managing existing listings, NPD, tactical wins, and promotional activity.
- Developing robust business plans that align both company and customer needs.
- Collaborating with the marketing function on customer plans and proposals/tenders.
- Profitable growth of customers.
- Be the Category lead within the sales team / work with marketing to identify future trends and link this to the GTM plan.
- High level of understanding of the procurement and supply chain process to drive cost efficiency for both parties.
- Constantly maintaining a forward view of your customers and account management needs.
- Maintain the highest level of sales administration including forecasting, debtors, accrual maintenance, and P&L reviews.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships focusing on strategic and collaborative partnerships.
- Analyzing and interpreting sales data to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a top 6 retailer - brand and/or own label.
- Proven track record in account management in the food and drink sector.
- Demonstrate LFL growth with your customer base.
- Developing and agreeing high-value proposals/tenders.
- End-to-end knowledge of the manufacturing process is essential.
- A go-getter with a can-do attitude.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Drive and ambition to deliver strong sales performance across your accounts.
