About the Role

We are looking for passionate Senior National Account managers to join an ambitious and high performing sales team that has driven continuous double digit growth for the last 3 years. Reporting to the Head of Grocery you will be responsible for delivering the business objectives in 2 of our biggest major multiple accounts. The role will involve line management responsibility for an either an NAM or NAE.

Key aspects of the role:

  • To devise and deliver exceptional business plans with Key Grocery and Online customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods
  • Manage P&L and forecasting to deliver value, volume and profit metrics
  • Ensure physical availability of the BEAR brand’s hero skus across main estate formats eg convenience, dotcom, forecourts, cafes and front of store
  • Build unrivalled cross functional relationships across buying, supply chain, category and format teams
  • Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including – availability, compliance and promo management
  • Deliver top class UROS and visibility through bringing BEAR alive in stores and online (POS, Secondary Displays, Online & Instore Media)
  • Inspire and develop 1 x direct report. Supporting on customer delivery and their development journey.

Profile

About you

You will likely be an existing Senior National Account Manager or even an awesome National Account Manager within an FMCG environment.
