The Brand
Co-owned by Ellie Goulding, SERVED has quickly become one of the fastest growing FMCG brands in the UK, with Heineken acquiring a significant minority stake in September 2023.
Our award-winning drinks are made for modern lifestyles without compromising flavour, and our range includes ready-to-drink cocktails and draught cocktails, made using only the finest natural and sustainably sourced ingredients and premium spirits.
SERVED was the fastest growing RTD spirit brand in the UK off trade in 2024 and is now available in 20,000+ distribution points including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Co-Op, Ocado, Spar, WHSmith, Shell, MFG, Londis, Budgens, Bestway group, Booker (amongst others) with a number of additional large national listings launching in H1 2025.
The UK RTD category is worth £543m in the off-trade and forecast to grow to £1.3bn by 2030. The premium ready-to-drink cocktail category grew by an astonishing 87% last year, as consumers look to enjoy high-quality cocktails in a convenient and sustainable format, a trend that shows no signs of slowing down.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join the SERVED team as our off-trade channels grow exponentially. Reporting to and working directly alongside the founders and Off-Trade team, the brand is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious SNAM to take ownership of our off-trade channels, build long term relationships and deliver category leading growth.
