The Advocate Group is proud to represent a Monster Energy in their search for a Senior Music Manager to lead the music strategy for one of their most exciting lifestyle-led brands across EMEA.

The Business:

  • A global force in the drinks industry with a disruptive, culturally connected approach to marketing.
  • Known for bold branding, boundary-pushing campaigns, and authentic ties to youth and music culture.
  • Now on a mission to reignite one of its core brands by connecting deeply with the world of music, art, and lifestyle.

The Role:

We are looking for a culture-savvy and strategic Senior Music Manager to lead music and lifestyle marketing across EMEA. Here’s how:

  • Develop and execute a long-term music strategy to position the brand as authentic, credible, and connected to music culture.
  • Lead the rollout and evolution of the Burn Energy Tour, working with agency partners across key EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to elevate artist partnerships, content creation, and Burn Tribe community building.
  • Create a digital rulebook to guide brand presence across online and social platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with local marketing teams to ensure high-impact, consistent execution across all territories.
  • Own day-to-day coordination of the brand’s music programme, from presentations and reporting to creative development.
  • Act as a strategic and creative leader—balancing execution with long-term vision and hands-on project management.

About You:

  • Experience in culture, lifestyle, or brand marketing, ideally with a connection to music and youth culture.
  • Deep knowledge of the EMEA music scene, especially emerging artists and communities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn brand vision into action.
  • Proven experience leading projects, working cross-functionally, and driving execution at a high standard.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, with creative flair and commercial awareness.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support brand activations and events.

If this sounds like your next challenge, I’d love to hear from you!
