Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified City and Guilds Advanced Craft or NVQ Level 3.
• Completed recognised apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Willing to participate in NHS maintenance training.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Be able to work across trade areas within maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance on mechanical and building services to ensure safe operation.
• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate with other trades and contractors.
• Plan and organise maintenance work to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Assist in installation, testing and commissioning of plant and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safety and compliance.
