What Is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a Senior Multinational Client Executive in Redhill to deliver our multinational services to clients and brokers, manage a portfolio, and underwrite business from global partners.

Travelers Europe offers a flexible hybrid work policy: three days in the office and two at home, subject to change at the company's discretion.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, delivering Travelers' value proposition.
  • Proactively target new business and retain existing clients.
  • Underwrite and process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments within your authority limits.
  • Align with stakeholders on priorities and account strategies.
  • Share best practices, provide training, and support colleagues and brokers.
  • Promote Travelers' products and strategies through visits and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for growth and development.
  • Engage in ongoing training to develop underwriting expertise.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and colleagues across regions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and travel as needed for meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
