Job summary

Stonegate Farmers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for the Packing Centre in Lacock, Wiltshire.

You will maintain and improve a broad range of production equipment, lead complex fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems, and drive maintenance excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key qualifications include apprentice-trained or City & Guilds/NVQ3 in Electrical/Mechanical, and up-to-date Food Safety Level 2 and IET Wiring Regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering experience in food manufacturing or highly automated environments.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with robotics, PLCs, automation, process control and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and improve a wide range of production equipment to maximise reliability and efficiency.
• Lead fault-finding and repair activities to support production objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and equipment performance across the site.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to minimise downtime.
