This is an excellent opportunity for a
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Chargehand or Senior Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership or chargehand role while remaining technically involved in the day-to-day maintenance of industrial plant and equipment.
You'll help lead the engineering team and ensure plant and equipment are maintained safely, reliably and efficiently.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
Support plant reliability and reduce downtime.
Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritise work.
Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Provide hands-on technical support when required.
Help ensure plant and equipment are maintained safely, reliably and efficiently.
Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering or maintenance role.
Experience working with industrial plant or fixed equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
Previous experience leading, supervising or coordinating engineers.
A practical, hands-on approach to maintenance.
Strong focus on health and safety.
Experience within
manufacturing, quarrying, mining, aggregates, chemical, food production or other process environments would be highly relevant.
