A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner for a long-term contract in Chesterfield. This role involves working on social housing projects, including tasks like removing old kitchens, fitting new ones, and performing plastering and painting. Candidates must have previous experience and tools, and they should possess their own van for material transportation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Joiner required.
• Experience working on social housing projects preferred.
• Must have own van to pick up materials.

Responsibilities

• Work in tenanted/void social housing properties.
• Remove old kitchens and tiles.
• Fit new kitchen with pre-built carcasses.
• Install three courses of tiles.
• Perform plaster patching.
• Paint the finished work white.
