Job summary

Trevett Services are partnering with a leading HVAC and Gas specialist to recruit a Senior Multi Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer for a key London contract. The role covers Ascot, Richmond and Central London with diverse commercial sites and plant rooms.

The Senior Engineer will perform gas asset maintenance, including gas boosters, plate heat exchangers, pumps and ventilation controls, plus electrical PPMs. Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1 in 15 call-out rota and standby pay.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years’ experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer.
• All commercial gas tickets must be current.
• A Level 2/equivalent in Gas or Heating and 18th edition are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial gas assets and plant room equipment.
• Perform electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Work across mixed commercial contracts including universities, healthcare and corporate buildings.

Trevett Services are working with a leading HVAC and Gas specialist who are looking to hire a Senior Multi Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer onto a key contract of theirs. Our client is looking to recruit a technically sound Senior Multi Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join the mobile team covering Ascot, Richmond & Central London.

The Role

As a Senior Multi Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be working on mixed commercial contract (universities, healthcare and corporate buildings), carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across commercial gas assets and plant room equipment. You will be working on plant equipment, including gas boosters, plate heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and ventilation controls.

You will also be required to carry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance, such as emergency lighting/fire alarm testing and maintenance, minor electrical installs, etc.

Your hours of work will be Mon-Fri 08:00 – 17:00. There is a call out rota which is 1 in 15, with £150 on standby.

Qualifications & Experience
