Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Derby is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias to design, install and maintain low voltage electrical systems in commercial settings on site for Rolls-Royce and others. You’ll work with a team to improve reliability and safety in client spaces.

Ideal candidates hold a C&G Level 2/3 Diploma Electrical Installation, 18th edition, and a full UK driving license. The role requires flexibility, onsite presence in Derby, and the ability to work out of hours

Qualifications

C&G Level 2/3 Diploma Electrical Installation (or equivalent) is required.
18th edition wiring regulations knowledge is essential.
Full UK driving license and willingness to work out of hours.

Responsibilities

Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of low voltage electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, security, and access control.
Testing and inspection of electrical systems with documentation and reporting.
Fault diagnosis and repair to ensure continuous operation.
Preventive maintenance and scheduling to extend system life.
Compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and standards.
Collaborate with team members, contractors and clients; assist junior staff as needed.
Maintain accurate work records, logs and inventory.
