Job summary

Wynnstay Group PLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead the two Feed Mills in Wales and surrounding sites. You will ensure safe, compliant, efficient and profitable operations while delivering the planned production and meeting quality standards.

Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, you’ll provide visible leadership across sites, manage budgets, drive productivity and coordinate with Commercial, Quality Control and Supply Chain teams to meet customer demand and farm

Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing leadership and site management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and drive productivity.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety in manufacturing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two feed mills ensuring safety, quality, cost control and production targets.
• Lead governance, audits, and compliance with feed, food safety and environmental standards.
• Operate within budgets, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop teams, succession plans and a culture of accountability and high standards.
• Plan production, capacity, and resource allocation across sites.
• Provide reporting to Head of Manufacturing and Directors with actionable insights.
