Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join the MSK Department in Cirencester.

The role requires triage, assessment and management of a wide range of MSK conditions, supervision of band 5 staff and supervision of students, and collaboration with Primary Care colleagues. Closing date 18 October; interview 11 November.

Qualifications

• Experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist capable of triaging, assessing and managing a wide range of MSK conditions.
• Oversees junior staff and student physiotherapists, providing supervision and guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide MSK physiotherapy assessments and interventions to local community (16+).
• Screen and prioritise referrals and workload daily, delegate and assign work, manage a caseload.
• Supervise Band 5 physiotherapists and oversee student training and assessment.
• Represent the Physio team at relevant meetings and contribute to projects to develop physiotherapy services.
