The Role: What you will do?

Are you a highly experienced MSK physiotherapist who is qualified to administer injection therapy? Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you!

You will be based in our brand-new clinic in Southwest London. Offering outstanding MSK services to a wide range of clients, you will be part of a forward thinking and compassionate multi-disciplinary team.

You will join our vastly experienced clinicians in prioritising your professional development, clinical excellence and the provision of a first-class customer experience. The successful candidate will benefit from strong links with local orthopaedic consultants and have the support of a dedicated team of on-site administration staff to help with bookings and diary management.

You will be operating from a high quality, bright and spacious clinic just a couple of minutes' walk from Wimbledon Station. With private, high spec individual treatment rooms and a dedicated rehab space well stocked with rehab equipment you will have the platform to guide patients through their rehab journey from early to end stage.

This exciting new role combines the skillset of a senior physiotherapist with elements of advanced practice, to help you develop a range of skills. You will have the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications, such as Non-Medical Prescribing, Diagnostic Ultrasound and Advanced Practice Accreditation.

In addition to your base salary of £36,000-40,000 per annum, you will benefit from performance based monthly bonuses which could see you earn up to £7,000 extra each year!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a highly varied clinical caseload and meet service level expectation for a broad range of referrers
  • Commit to delivering effective, evidence based and patient centred assessments and treatments with a focus on providing high levels of customer service
  • Use outcome measures to demonstrate treatment effect
  • Provide evidence-based treatment and management of patients to achieve rapid return to function
  • Contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with our existing consultant referral pathways
  • Administer injection therapy where needed, adhering to best practice and national guidelines
