Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join the Outpatient Physiotherapy team. The role focuses on high‑quality assessment and treatment for MSK/orthopaedic conditions, with autonomous practice and supervision of junior staff.

The post offers flexible base locations across Berkshire, with no guaranteed weekends and strong emphasis on professional development and supervision from Clinical Specialists.

Qualifications

• Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist with at least 18 months post-graduate experience.
• Autonomous practitioner able to work with minimal supervision.
• Supervision of band 5 physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality outpatient physiotherapy for adults and children with MSK and orthopaedic conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver treatments and manage caseloads.
• Deliver clinical supervision and contribute to the education of junior staff and students.
• Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives.
