Job summary

Ascenti is seeking an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to lead MSK care across our hybrid/virtual clinics in the UK. You will handle a 100% MSK caseload with diverse case mix and support your long-term professional goals within a supportive learning environment.

You will work autonomously in clinic with senior clinician support and benefit from a tailored pay progression path and development opportunities that align with your aspirations.

Qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree 2:2 or above.
• 3+ years of practical clinical experience.
• Full HCPC membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous MSK assessments and management plans.
• Maintain HCPC registration and professional standards.
• Collaborate with area management and clinical mentors as needed.
• Support delivery of varied MSK caseload, including private and self-pay patients.

Thrive in clinic

You will work autonomously in clinic, but with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor whenever you need it.

You won’t have to worry about doing all the administrative tasks and can say goodbye to old-fashioned paper notes. Ascenti’s digital systems and dedicated customer hub will take care of patient queries and support you with admin.

Essential Experience And Qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree of 2:2 or above
• 3+ years of practical clinical experience
• Full Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) membership
• Evidence of conducting initial assessments, providing diagnosis, and prescribing management plans
• Track record of working and communicating effectively with patients
• Evidence of strong English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)
