Job summary

Ascenti, the UK\'s leading independent MSK physiotherapy provider, is seeking a Senior MSK Physiotherapist with 3+ years of clinical experience to join our team.

You will manage a 100% MSK caseload across varied cases, supported by Area Manager and Clinical Mentor, with hybrid/virtual clinics and ongoing professional development.

You will be part of a patient‑centred culture with digital systems handling admin, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and career progression.

Qualifications

• BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree of 2:2 or above.
• 3+ years of practical clinical experience.
• Full HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.
• Experience in initial assessments, diagnosing, and managing plans.
• Strong English language skills (verbal, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Manage a 100% MSK caseload with varied case mix.
• Work autonomously in clinic with support from Line Manager and Mentor.
• Utilise digital systems to handle admin and patient queries.

Thrive in clinic

You will work autonomously in clinic, but with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor whenever you need it.

You won’t have to worry about doing all the administrative tasks and can say goodbye to old-fashioned paper notes. Ascenti’s digital systems and dedicated customer hub will take care of patient queries and support you with admin.

• Full Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) membership
• Evidence of conducting initial assessments, providing diagnosis, and prescribing management plans
• Track record of working and communicating effectively with patients
• Evidence of strong English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)
