This role involves assessing, designing, and improving the organization's CRM system, with an initial 4-month contract and potential extension. Remote work is possible.

Responsibilities:

• Assess existing CRM build and recommend improvements
• Provide strategic advice on CRM changes and best practices
• Develop plans and vision for the future state of CRM
• Collaborate with business units on CRM change requests and support
• Review and update CRM documentation
• Evaluate Customer Portal development and suggest improvements
• Review security and processes for external user access to Customer Portal (future implementation)
• Identify automation opportunities using M platform
• Assess integration efforts, e.g., Hubspot to CRM
• Train and orient new staff on CRM and Customer Portal

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics Architecture
• Valid Government of Canada Reliability clearance
