Job description

I'm currently working with a large residential property management group that is looking to add a Senior MRICS Building Surveyor to their in-house Building Surveying team.

This team operates as a standalone company and will undertake external client work, with the majority of projects coming from within the group.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking PPM Reports, Project Management, Contract Administration, dilaps, RCA's, and condition surveys.

You will join a modern, forward-thinking firm that actively embraces technology to enhance its services.
