Catapult is the world leader in elite sports performance analytics, delivering wearable tracking, video and data analysis systems to teams worldwide. We seek a Senior Software Engineer (Motorsport) to grow our RaceWatch team in London, focusing on Endurance racing strategy while contributing to the full RaceWatch suite.

You’ll mentor peers, shape features with product teams, and drive high‑quality, scalable software in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years delivering software to customers in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proven track record building applications in C/C++.
• Experience developing products through full lifecycle and scaling them.
• Aptitude for working with complex data and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of RaceWatch software for one or more motorsport series.
• Collaborate with product managers and customers to design features and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to add innovative features to the software.
• Mentor teammates and provide technical leadership.
• Design, build, test, and maintain high‑quality code.
• Ensure code quality and best practices across development cycles.
