P& L Motors is a family-run motor vehicle repair and servicing business with over 40 years of trusted service in Warminster.

As a Senior Motorbike Technician, you’ll take a leading role in diagnostics, servicing, MOT testing, and repairs, ensuring our motorbike customers stay happy and safely on the road.

Demand for our motorbike servicing and repair work can be seasonal and as such, the successful candidate will also have opportunity to work on cars, vans and other customer vehicle types from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tackling a variety of repairs and maintenance jobs efficiently, with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Running MOT tests for customers.
  • Servicing and repairing various bikes, including works on engines, brakes, suspension, and tyres.
  • Carrying out diagnostics using manual tools and digital equipment.
  • Test-driving bikes to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Similar type of works on cars, vans and other vehicles from time to time.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a motorbike servicing garage role (10+ years), using diagnostic tools and a strong knowledge of motorbike engines, tyres and other systems/accessories is essential.
