Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Senior Motor Vehicle Technician to lead MOT testing, service, repair and maintenance of diverse vehicles. You will take ownership of customer work, ensuring high standards across multiple manufacturers and franchises, with opportunities to train within the Manufacturer Franchise and progress to Master Technician status.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive sector in a technical role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Service Manager and meet franchise and company standards.
• Carry out maintenance, service and repair on vehicles.
• Work to high standards within scheduled times and manufacturers' guidelines.
• Repair, test and diagnose faults; replace components while keeping records.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow health & safety rules.
• Advise on vehicle faults and servicing needs through health checks.
