Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE in motor, EL/PL or personal injury.
• Experience handling defendant motor claims.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Drafting pleadings and witness statements.
• Negotiation and settlements experience.
• Experience liaising with insurers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage varied pre-litigation and litigated matters from instruction to resolution.
• Investigate liability and gather evidence.
