Qualifications

• Outstanding portfolio spanning print to digital channels (advertising, branding, motion, web).
• Expert motion skills using After Effects and Adobe tools.
• Interest in AI and its applications in design and motion graphics.
• Foundational knowledge of 3D animation principles and software is a plus.
• Email and performance marketing channel expertise.
• Experience in a creative agency or in-house studio is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and articulate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design & Ownership (40–50%+): create dynamic assets across digital channels and animate concepts.
• Gen-AI Innovation: integrate generative AI tools to streamline ideation and prototype concepts.
• Multi-Channel Design: deliver assets for email, digital media, print, event graphics, and OOH materials.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with client brief owners and project managers to stay on brief and on time.
