We are looking for a Senior Mortgage Services Consultant to join us in Sutton, Surrey, working within our well-known Gascoigne Pees Estate Agency Brand, with an OTE of £60K to £80K.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage service, including advising on various products to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships

Skills and Experience Required:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent industry qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
