Job summary

Mundys Financial is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to deliver expert mortgage advice to clients within a supportive, high-performing team. You will hold a full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent) and a valid UK driving licence, with a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, and an income guarantee for the first six months to help you establish your client base and confidence.

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you ll play a key role in helping clients make informed decisions, providing expert advice tailored to their needs while operating within the regulatory framework.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Full CeMAP qualification (or industry equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence

Your responsibilities will include

• Delivering proactive, ongoing mortgage and protection advice to clients introduced by our leading Estate Agency connection
• Working closely with professional support staff to ensure a smooth, efficient client journey
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients to meet their full financial needs
• Maintaining professional competence through continuous training, qualifications, and legislative updates

What We re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience within a mortgage advice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of current legislation
• Confident use of mortgage and protection sourcing/research software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer service
