Job description

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Surrey, working alongside our premium Estate Agency partner, Hamptons, serving high-net-worth clients.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.

As part of the UK's largest estate agency group, we work with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D. Wood across London and the South. Our advisors offer tailored financial advice, including complex income structures and specialist lending solutions like bridging, equity release, and commercial finance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Ideally 2 years of active broker experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Drive and enthusiasm to succeed
• Proven track record of high performance
