This is an essential role to provide the underpinning evidence and understanding of our communities and Health System so we can work collaboratively with and for our population. This role leads the corporate analytics and modelling team for the Health Board, collaborating with divisions, analysts, and clinicians to provide evidence on service performance and supporting organisational strategy. The position offers insight into the impact of changes, helping ensure efficient and equitable healthcare across Gwent. This is a pivotal time to join as we strengthen our ability to support improvement throughout the Health Board.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
