Join Severn Trent at an exciting time as ourSenior Modeller (Charging & Tariffs), as we navigate the challenges and opportunities following the PR24 price review.
We achieved "Outstanding" status for our business plan and secured record investments to enhance customer and environmental services. With new targets to improve water efficiency and support customers in water poverty, we are also transitioning to a new billing system and simplifying tariffs.
The successful candidate will help balance these goals, ensuring fair policy changes and improved customer service
As the Senior Modeller, you will also manage and publish annual wholesale and retail charges for household and non-household customers, ensuring accurate tariff implementation and system updates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, you should have strong numerical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly to expert and non-expert stakeholders
Building effective relationships with stakeholders is essential
Experience in a regulated sector, familiarity with billing systems, and knowledge of the water industry regulatory framework is highly desirable
Proficiency in Excel, strong writing and PowerPoint skills, and a bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline are also beneficial
