About the role

Join our Asset Technology & Solutionsteam as a Senior Mobilisation Partner based in Derby and you'll deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

Role Purpose:

To bring together in one central service team expertise to plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation across BBUK.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction of
    mobilisations and demobilisations on large complex projects.
  • Support the project in specifying requirements for mobilisations
  • Engage with Project Managers, suppliers and internal functions on site to effectively manage and
    communicate all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation successfully.
  • Producing detailed cost data and presenting to project team (customer).
  • Attend site locations and supervise activities on site around site mobilisation suppliers.
  • Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety.
  • Create & manage programmes for the delivery of modular/cabin mobilisation and demobilisations.
  • Ensure all orders are placed accurately and completed on time to the customer's specification and in agreed SLA's.
  • Proactively monitor progress of all orders, working with internal/external suppliers to fulfil order
    requirements.
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with all other members of the team including
    suppliers and customers.
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of databases to assist in collation of management information.
  • Proactively problem solve and assisting project team (customer) with enquiries.
  • Management of document storage and file management - continuously auditing to ensure accurate data documented.
  • To take ownership of any given task and complete by agreed deadline.
  • Contribute to delivery of the department's business plan through personal objectives.
  • Any other duties commensurate with role.

Who we're looking for

  • CITB SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • CSCS Labourer or above Card
  • Communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • IT literate and able to produce management information
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (particularly Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint)
  • Customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, in fast paced high-volume deadline driven environment
  • Ability to lead and deliver against tight SLA`s to specific KPI`s.
  • Able to plan and deliver complex, managed projected set ups.
  • Outstanding communication skills comfortable presenting to senior executives both internal and amongst clients.
  • Willing to travel & stay away from home to meet with stakeholders to produce client / customer deliverables.
  • Customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills.
