Job summary

Metica Trading Limited seeks a senior mobile engineer to build and evolve the SDK that ships inside our customers' games. This is SDK work, not app work: your code runs inside someone else’s product, so binary size, startup cost, thread safety, and backward compatibility are the job.

You will own what you build end to end, from API design through release and live integration support. Based in-office (hybrid) in London or Ljubljana, Slovenia, you will work on Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift), own

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production mobile code at scale (Android or iOS).
• Experience building an SDK or library used by other apps.
• Strong debugging and crash investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our mobile SDK for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).
• Own the public API surface, ensuring stability across versions.
• Keep SDK lightweight with resilience and graceful degradation when backend is unavailable.
• Own releases, versioning, and distribution (Maven Central, SwiftPM, CocoaPods).
• Support customer integrations and investigate live production issues.
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to define client-server contracts.
